2011 March Release

1. Updated background sync script. Can download and sync files from server to local machine. Done with python.

2011 January Release

This is the release note for the 2011-01-31 build.

1. Fixed the audio to be compatible with flash player, HTML5, and iPhone
2. Transcoded videos in the osaka/ folder on an external server
3. Fixed non-ASCII filename problem (See circle in the picture)
4. F4V files are now supported (See circle in the picture)

2010 December Release

This is the release note for the 2010-12-23 build.

1. Implemented the autoplay feature for the HTML5 player. (See circle in the picture) <video src="" autoplay="true"> Autoplay for flash video player was already working
2. Display meaningful filename instead of string of numbers. (See circle in the picture) This feature can be extended for tagging and other metadata support later.
3. force mp4 video to be played with HTML5 instead of flash player to avoid confusion. This is because the japan tv audio is not compatiable with flash player because of it's 48kHz sampling frequency
4. The footer now log login name as well as IP (See circle in the picture)
5. Links such as "Save" and "Info now use a clean format instead of the button-like links (See circle in the picture)
6. Filenames now display 30 characters to avoid word wrapping (See circle in the picture)
7. The table title (Name and Date) now appear in blue to indicate it's clickable (See circle in the picture)

2010 November Release

This is the release note for the 2010-11-20 build.

1. Added a google OpenID authorization. Now, if you are already logged in with google, no password is needed. User registration is currently being manually done by Bill Hung. Direct video access still requires htaccess authorization.
2. IP address and browser information is logged. All information being logged is displayed at the footer.
3. FLV button is now hidden. In order to simplify the UI, the FLV generation button is now hidden.
